Transform your ups & downs to your ups & ups

I was the victim (suffering TREMENDOUSLY) from my OWN thoughts and beliefs for most of my life. I did enjoy brief sojourns of happiness/contentment/excitement and stress-free living when things HAPPENED to be going "my" way or at least I felt confident enough on my path that life looked good and doable.


But once I discovered "The Work," my life was forever changed. I now look less and less to the external world for verification, security and love. I look inward. I no longer fear stressful thoughts or even events, as life doesn't stop being life. Rather, I look to them as an opportunity to question more, to see what greater peace and love I can uncover through inquiry.


I still get upset. People and situations still annoy me. I still get depressed and anxious in times when life gets intense, but these experiences are short lived. I can resolve being upset or annoyed within minutes or seconds. I can experience joy and peace after several hours or even a few days of taking a deep dive into depression and anxiety. And each time I come back up with greater peace, joy and love for life. No other method I have tried in my life comes close to what I have gained/discovered in this simple technique. With 4 questions and turn arounds, you can be on your way too.


There is nothing special about me, other than the fact that I do "The Work," and "The Work" does me (you will understand this once you start doing the work). I, like many others have had a deep knowing that the life I was living was not the life I wanted and that there was/is a way out of suffering.
