The body never lies
During my first consultation with new patients I always sit and go through a medical history. The patient tells me what brings them in and I follow up with questions regarding their health in general, their appetite, digestion, sleep, energy level, mood and so on. And when I'm done with the talking part of the consultation I then turn to the body. I see what the body has to tell me. Did the patient tell me the "truth" and I also check to see what was left out. The body NEVER lies! People do.
Patients "lie" because they are embarrassed, don't think it's important to mention or just plain forget. The body tells the truth always. So pay close attention to your body, you can trust it.
