Pay it forward

Many moons ago, when I was living in Colorado I had a good friend who always drove and picked me up from the airport. He never asked for a ride in return, payment or anything for that matter in rleation to that. He enjoyed driving to the airport for some reason and was happy to do it. I asked him once, what his deal was and he answered that he just pays it forward and things in life will continue to circulate. I liked that....

Fast forward several years. I was struck by the realization that I don't necessarily want the person I am helping to return the "favor." I want life to provide the people that will help me when I need it and how I need it. The person you are helping isn't necessarily in an energetic or material place to give back to you. Open up and let go of expecting things in return from people. Open up and recieve from LIFE !
