My growing love for acupuncture
Updated: Jan 24, 2022
When I first started my acupuncture practice, I would rarely leave the patient room or I would practice more techniques in order to "keep" the therapeutic effect going...or so I thought.
With time, I realized that the patient spending time alone with his/her needles is just, or even, more important to their treatment. This time alone, with no one "interfering," gives the patient the opportunity to sense the internal alchemy taking place. Some patients feel the qi, others just feel that they are relaxing. Either way, the patient becomes attuned to his/her own internal healing process, and may become more curious/aware/intrigued by the body and its brilliant design, and what more can you ask for???
If you don't believe me, make an appointment!
