The Work

What if you could LOVE every single thought you had?

Consider being at PEACE and welcoming all of life’s ups and downs and go arounds.

Sounds impossible, right??? But it is POSSIBLE! and one way to do so is through, “The Work” of Byron Katie.

With 4 simple questions and the use of turnarounds, every thought no matter how NEGATIVE, FEARFUL, HATEFUL, JUDGEMENTAL OR OVERWHELMING can be questioned and explored.  In this process, thoughts start losing their hold on us and at times miraculously leave our consciousness.

Once that happens new possibilities emerge, new thoughts are born, long held limiting beliefs about ourselves and others are released compassionately and without force.

YOU become the author of your life, NOT your thoughts, NOT your moods, NOT your circumstances.

This process takes work and dedication, just like any other habit, but it is easy and accessible to all.  And overtime this becomes your automatic response to life. You begin to see the GRACE in all that is. You begin to see how friendly the universe can be, and is.

I found “The Work” 8 years ago and I am grateful for it every day.  I call it acupuncture for the mind. It has helped me through great difficulties and continues to do so.  Sharing it with others is inspiring and seeing people’s minds heal from trauma and negative thought patterns is a gift.

If you would like more information about “The Work,” check out thework.com to read about Byron Katie, her story and the institute she created and heads.

I am a facilitator of “The Work,” through “Open to thought” (translated from Hebrew), the leading center for “The Work” in Israel.  I do sessions in person with individuals or groups. I also talk with clients on the phone or through Zoom .  I am able to facilitate in English, Hebrew or Spanish.

Topics I cover: Fears, worries, depression, stress, relationships, finances, health and healing, death, self-judgments.

The 4 Simple Questions:

  • Is it true?

  • Do you absolutely know that it is true?

  • How do you respond when you believe that thought?

  • Who would you be without that thought?
